There are many different diets out there which try to help people to lose their excess fat, these can be very difficult to follow as the whole reason we are over-weight is because of our love for food. The diets themselves normally recommend us to eat healthy but uninspiring foods. These diets have never really worked for me, mainly because I have possibly not got the right attitude but mainly because I find it hard to stick to them. A month maybe, six months certainly not.

I believe that the reason that I am over-weight is due to the fact that I had a stuttering problem which caused me to comfort eat. I know that this may well seem a little lame but it is my excuse anyway. Stuttering therapy proved pointless and useless and hence my desire to eat lots and lots of food.

In my opinion exercise is the best way to lose weight. I have never really enjoyed visiting the gym possibly due to the fact that I do not feel comfortable there. I always feel that people are looking, talking and laughing at me behind my back. Maybe I am just too paranoid.

Due to my own personal experiences and success I would certainly advise people to hire a personal trainer. Now you might think that only the rich and famous could possibly do this but you would be wrong. There are many personal fitness trainers who are either connected to a gym or who advertise locally in newspapers or magazines.

These are specially trained people who are willing to come to your house to show you how to correctly exercise and they do not cost an arm and a leg.

You may well have tried to lose weight this way before but without success – do not let this put you off however. The reasons could be due to your relationship with the personal trainer. I have been working with my current personal trainer for around six months now; he is actually the third one that I have hired – the first two were rather rubbish.

Hiring a personal trainer was the best thing I have ever done with regards to losing weight and I would recommend it to other people. I have now lost the beer belly and still continue working hard, it is now more as a fitness thing rather than to lose even more weight. It has also enabled me to have a better focus on business which is in the DVD authoring and budget package holidays industries; I also offer an article submission service on a part time basis. The companies have been going from strength ever since I managed to improve the way in which I lived my life.

 

In my late teens I was far to over-weight and was not happy about it. I often thought about the different ways in which I could try to become slimmer, but that is all I would do, think.

I suppose that I was obese due to the fact that I comfort ate because I had a stutter. The stuttering treatment on offer was not working and I could just see no prospect of me to ever stop stuttering.

These are the reasons I would make at that stage of my life, to put off my attempts at losing weight:

I am too tired. In the morning, I would wake up with very good intentions. In my mind I would make a vow that I would make a start on the fitness work after I had returned home from work – this would start with a run around my local area for a few miles. It will then be a case of some weight training – oh yes I do love pumping some iron and I have no doubt that I will be hitting some new personal bests later on. Then there would be the many rounds of press ups and I would most certainly stay away from those nasty fatty foods which are causing me so much heartache.

After work, I would return home and would then make up the excuse that I am too tired. Instead of going for a jog today, I would start my fitness regime tomorrow etc. Working for a composite door company, selling cheap holidays, was far from easy and I would come home very tired. This is perhaps one reason why I now work for a group of DVD duplication experts lol.

My body is aching. This was a regular excuse. I would tell myself that if I start exercising today, I may well do myself more damage than good.

It could be dangerous. Going back to my idea of jogging, I then had the bright idea that it could actually be quite risky. I could bump into a murderer or a rapist who could then in turn end up killing me?

I eventually after many years decided to stop making up these excuses. I had to be determined to not only start up a fitness regime but to stick to it. It was not easy at all but after quite a long time I reached a weight which I was happy with.

 

If you are overweight, then you are following the footsteps of many Americans and other individuals throughout the world. Today, it seems as if the world is going through a weight problem. If you do not believe us, then take a look around. While being overweight may be attractive to many people, it is definitely not heavy. There are so many people that blame their weight problem on the fast food restaurants. While the fast food restaurants do not serve healthy food and serve food that makes you gain weight, the fingers should not be pointing at them. For whatever reason you are overweight, we would like to tell you some simple weight loss tips.

When you wake up in the morning, you look in the mirror. You don’t like what you see and you are faced with the same, old body image each time you look in a mirror. When you are in public and you come across a mirror, you are afraid to take a glance at yourself. Your weight is getting out of control, you are obviously aware of it and you think that is all people see when they look at you.

Instead of complaining about your weight problem, we suggest you do something about it. You should stop with all of those excuses, because it is very well possible to find a weight loss plan that is right with you. There are many individuals that have to try out different weight loss plans until they find the right one for them.

Another area of concern for many people is their vision. To allow for vision improvement , be sure to follow the ‘rebuild your vision ‘ plan.

There is weight loss plans such as the Lemonade diet, which has been proven to work. All you have to do is drink lemonade mixed with pure maple syrup and cayenne peppers for at least a week. This is not only a good weight loss plan, but it is a good detox diet. Before we leave, we would like to tell you to exercise at least three times a week. No matter what you do, you should never give up.
