Utilize memories that make you be happy. Think of your little niece, or when your pet was a baby. Imagine things that allow yourself to feel good. Do something that makes you feel happy. You really can use the Law of Attraction with great success, and it’s fun too!

Find anything to appreciate. It doesn’t make a difference if it is past or present. For example, appreciate the moment your child was born. Pet your cat. Throw a stick with your dog. Blow bubbles. Do jumping jacks. Go for a walk. Watch the squirrels in your yard and their infinite energy. Listen to music that makes you feel good. Take a deep breath. Can you find thanks for the simple fact that you have ten working fingers? How about ten toes? Do you have a roof over your head? Clean water and plenty of food? Breathe!

That is correct. Breathing can be an excellent way to get the energy moving in a higher creative way. Move your arms in circles, and alternate by swinging your legs in a cross-wise fashion. This exercise really moves your energy up the scale.

Practicing something as fundamental as intentionally breathing has a lot of health benefits. Much of the time we don’t grasp how vegging at a computer every day has us locking into unhealthy breathing patterns.

When practicing deep breathing, I suggest that you breath through your nose. You’ll allow more oxygen into the far reaches of your lungs when you breathe through the nose. Manifesting Law of Attraction Relationships becomes easier with the assistance of a Life Coach.

Deep breathing has been clinically proven to lower stress levels. The exercise also allows more circulation to the brain and lungs. Stress-inducing breathing patterns are shallow breaths. Because of the RAS (reticular activation system) in our brains, we are wired to seek and attain what we are searching for. It’s the same mechanic in your brain that finds dents in cars everywhere, after you’ve acquired a dent in your own vehicle.

Place your expectency such that you will find evidence of functional relationships. If the simple idea of looking for positive relationships leads you to go into a tailspin, you most certainly have some resisting energy that has to be softened. Before you can attract solid Law of Attraction Relationships, you have to first get rid of that resisting energy.

One client of mine, when I suggested she look for signs around her of happy couples, she quickly felt bad due to the fact that she was not one of them. We had to begin by easing the resistance she had to seeing other people happy when she wasn’t.

The good news is that if you see it in your environment, then it must be in your vibrational vicinity. What you are experiencing is always a match to the vibrations and beliefs you are transmitting. That’s the good news, that Relationship Attraction is possible for you with the Law of Attraction.

Start looking for sights of happy couples, loving relationships, examples of sweet encounters and imagine that could be you. Celebrate that it is coming. What you want IS seeking you! Law of Attraction Love is out there looking for you, so go get it!

When I was creating and attracting the love of my dreams, I remember hearing a woman talking on the phone with her husband. Just before she hung up, she said “I love you too, honey”.

After that I thought, I love that. I like that he said “I love you” first. I put the tidbit in my little bag of evidence of another property of what he was going to manifest as.

I allow you permission to feel great for no real reason right now!

Today, I will use my magic wand and allow you a free pass to letting go of anxiety, impatient nature, frustration, and aggravation.

Simply allow it to leave. When you let go, you are releasing resistance. When you let go of resistance, you are in the allowing mode. The creating mindset is just moving the resistance out of the way so that you can be an open vessel for your desire to come to you. If you say you desire a husband who is good-looking, loves you, is financially independent, and has great relationships with his parents and ex-wife (if there is one), and that lights you up feel elated – however, the next thought that goes through your mind is, “Oh sure, look at my debt. What person desires to take me on with that. I should take care of that first.” Now you’re running in the other direction from what you really desire. You’re back in resistance. A lot of the time resistant energy is hard to realize because of how we are used to functioning. I asked one client why she wanted to create more money. She answered “I desire to create more money because I like how it feels to be able to get the things I want and I hate asking my husband for money.” Start attracting the love relationship you have always desired with a Relationship Coach.

Did you see what happened there? In the very same sentence, she cancelled out what she wanted by allowing more of what she did not desire. “I want this simply because I do not desire that.” This is not an effective way to create what you want, people.
