What is Frustration?

It is a feeling of disappointment and discomfort aroused in the mind of human beings only when something has went wrong with them or they are not able to achieve the goals that they had set for themselves. In every ten people seven are affected by it and out of them three are severely affected. It is a mental feeling that is growing like other dangerous diseases such as AIDS. In today’s competitive scenario every person has his targets that he wanted to achieve timely and if he is not able to achieve his targets he is frustrated. This frustration can affect the mind in negative way in which person’s thinking power gets slowed down. Frustration led a person a take wrong decisions and as a result of which he is not able to come with innovative ideas. His creativity gets stopped down. He is not able to achieve all his targets and is left with only his uncompleted plans and unachieved targets. Such a frustrated person goes far away from reality.

How this feeling of frustration does arise?

Firstly the feeling of frustration is aroused in human beings when they are not able to achieve the targets that they had set for themselves. Secondly the feeling of frustration is aroused when they compare themselves with others and find that they are lacking behind while others had made a rapid progress but they had remained where they were earlier. This causes frustration in them. When the people misinterpret their capabilities and set those targets which are far away from their potentials. They just compare themselves with those who are more educated or are equipped with high potential or more resources and then set their target up to those levels where they factually could never reach. And then when they are not able to meet their targets they get frustrated.

It is the fact that everyone on this earth are not born with same potential and have same abilities and in same area. If they misinterpret their functional area and start their career in line in which they are weak or the line which is not meant actually for them. Then this results in frustration on the condition of being not achieving the targets. Example: Some people enjoy the post of CEO in reputed companies just because they are born in high society and rich family even though they are not that much talented while others although they are more qualified and talented struggles hard to acquire he middle class jobs also. If common man does not make effort to remove these types of social injustices then this led to frustration in them. The involvement of large number of young persons in activities like terrorism is also an outcome of frustration.

Consistency is key to successfully teaching your child right from wrong when disciplining them. It keeps small misdeeds and bad behaviors from later becoming bigger misdeeds and worse behaviors. You have to stand firm and mean it when you say, “Turn off the television now”or “no dessert after dinner because you didn’t touch your dinner.” Consistency teaches your child there are defined consequences for misdeeds and inappropriate or unacceptable actions or behaviors. Inconsistency when disciplining makes you directly responsible for your children’s misbehavior and doesn’t teach them how to be responsible for their actions.

It’s also that each partner is consistent with the discipline. If one parent is too strict and the other is too lenient, the child will key into that and try to manipulate the situation to his or her advantage. Parents must agree on disciplinary action in advance and make a commitment to one another to be consistent in implementing and following through with the consequences. This can be especially difficult if the child’s parents are separated or divorced. Though you may not be together anymore, it’s imperative that you parent on common ground. Openly and honestly discuss these parameters with your former spouse and your child in advance, so that if discipline is needed, the consequences of such misbehavior are well understood in advance. Any disagreements between parents should be discussed out of the child’s earshot. Consistency is about being strong and standing firm, even when doing so is extremely difficult or exhausting. It can sometimes be hard to come home after a hard day at work only to find a hard night of parenting in front of you. Your child will consistently test the boundaries and ‘push the envelope’ with you to see if there’s any play in those consequences. By standing firm you are showing there is not and that you expect them to do nothing less than take responsibility for their actions.

Coin collecting is a hobby that has been enjoyed since the 1800s, although it greatly increased in popularity during the early to late 1900’s. One reason why coin collecting is an activity enjoyed by so many individuals and individuals of all ages is because of purpose. There are a wide range of reasons and purposes for starting a coin collection. Five common types of coin collectors are highlighted below. Those who collect coins for profits are commonly referred to as investors. Investors are individuals who collect coins with the sole purpose of seeing profits in the future. These types of coin collectors are also commonly referred to as professional coin collectors, as most are knowledgeable about coin collecting in general, including coin values and conditions. After all, a plain ole penny will likely not lead to profits in the future, but a rare or limited edition coin may. Another one of the many reasons why coin collectors who collect with the hopes of seeing profits are referred to as investors is because they are making an investment. Although it is possible to come across older, outdated, limited edition, and rare coins by chance, it is difficult, if not impossible, in many cases to do so. For that reason, many coin collectors choose to purchase coins to add to their collections. This is often done by examining professional coin dealers.

Speaking of coin dealers, coin dealers, although highly debatable, can also be considered coin collectors. Coin dealers are regularly on the lookout for valuable coins. The only difference between coin dealers and other coin collectors is that many choose not to hang on to their coins for very long. Many want to turn around and sell these coins as quick as possible to make a fast profit.Hobbyists are another common type of coin collector. Those who are considered hobbyists collect coins for the sole purpose of personal fulfillment. Hobbyists who collect coins often have a love for coins, history, or collecting in general. Many coin collectors who collect for the purpose of personal fulfillment later donate their coins to historical organizations or choose to pass their coin collections on to future family generations. While many coin collectors start out purely as hobbyists, many later change their goals to make a profit. As previously stated, many coin collectors choose to pass on their coin collections to family members and future family generations to come. The individuals who inherit these coin collections are technically considered coin collectors as well. This is due in part to the fact that they have a coin collection in their possession. Although many inheritors simply store and treasure the coin passed down to them, many make the decision to continue collecting, allowing the coin collection in question to continue to grow.Another common type of coin collector is that of a hoarder. Hoarders are individuals who collect just because, not necessarily for profits or for the love of coins or collectables in general. Many hoarders collect any coins that they come across, as many are afraid to miss out on a great collecting opportunity. Although many coin hoarders will generally turn around and examine their collections and its value, many are not usually concerned with doing so at the time. The five reasons highlighted above are five reasons why most coin collectors collect. What type of coin collector are you?

There will be days when you bring the new baby home that you think you’ll never get to sleep again. In the meantime, try to get some rest and sleep whenever you can. The baby won’t be sleeping through the night for several weeks, perhaps months. While she’s adjusting to the schedule of night and day, you won’t be able to sleep through the night until she does.Until she’s sleeping through the night, try to sleep when she sleeps. Many new mothers try to do everything at once, and start cleaning or doing the laundry once the baby goes down for a nap. You’ll only make yourself more tired if you try to be supermom. If you can get some help in those first weeks with the cleaning and laundry, by all means, do so. If you can have a friend or relative in to watch the baby for an afternoon while you catch some much-needed sleep, try to take advantage of that whenever you can.

When you’ve been so busy all day with new baby chores and everything else you have to do to maintain a household, and possibly take care of older siblings as well, it can be hard to wind down just because everyone else is asleep. Make some routines to help yourself unwind at night. Take a warm bath – not too hot, hot water can be stimulating – and play some relaxing music. Even if you’re not breastfeeding, avoid caffeine throughout the day and especially at night. Drink water or decaffeinated or herbal tea. If foods that have a lot of preservatives or sodium can make you jumpy, try to avoid those as much as possible. Try to eat very natural foods, such as salads, green vegetables, fruits, and warm healthy soups. As soon as you’re able, try to get out and walk for a little bit each day. The fresh air and moderate exercise will help you and your baby feel relaxed and can help you get to sleep at night.

When applying for a job, it is ideal that you identify your strengths and weaknesses and get prepared to address them. By knowing your advantage, the chances of getting the job that you want will surely get easier. But you should not get too confident since this is one of the common mistakes that plague job applicants. Appearing too confident or as somewhat of a know it all person will only get you labeled by your interviewer as unfit for the job.

Identifying your skills

First thing’s first. You should identify your skills. This is your ticket to get that job and you should be able to articulate your abilities and expertise as best as you can. Many people have a hard time telling their skills and abilities as this may seem to be bragging. But you should not be shy or afraid to discuss your skills. In fact, it is important that you convey to your potential employer what your talents are. You should be able to sell your abilities to your employer. That is how you will get the job that you want. It is important that you don’t appear arrogant or condescending but you should also avoid selling yourself short. If the interviewer asks you about your strengths or what separates you from the other applicants, you should be able to readily give a good answer. But before you even go to the interview part, your resume should highlight your skills and talents for your prospective employer to see.

Type of skills

There are two main types of skills, hard skills and soft skills. Hard skills are tangible in the sense that these are things that you do like: knowing how to operate different kinds of machinery, knowledge of a specialized computer program, ability to type fast, skills on using many types of tools, credentials regarding special crafts, etc. Soft skills are skills that are rather abstract in nature like personal qualities. This may include the folowing: being a good team player, having the ability to work on your own, being enthusiastic or organized and decisive.

The steps to follow

Making a list of your previous jobs and experience acquired

First thing to do is to make a list of all the companies that you had worked for and the things that you learned from these jobs. There will be a lot of things to list and you should be careful enough not to forget even the smallest things or activities that you were part of or organized. It is also a good idea to list the volunteer activities that you participated in.

Include a list of your hobbies

Although it might sound trivial at first, it is also very helpful to list all your hobbies. There are a lot of abilities that your prospective employer may get from your hobby list. This will also give an idea of your personality. For example, if you were part of the school’s debating team, then your employer may deduce that you have good analytical skills. If you were a champion chess player, then your employer will have the impression that you are good at making critical decisions. Think of your daily routine and the things that you do and often take for granted. Are you an organized person who always keeps your things in proper order? Are you an extrovert that can easily make friends in a matter of minutes? These may seem ordinary to normal things to you, but your future boss might think otherwise.

Deciding what career you want

After listing all your skills and all the things that you do well, you may now decide what field or career you want to take a crack at. Select the skills contained from your list and partner it with the employment you are seeking. Always take time to consider if your skills are relevant to the job that you are aspiring for. Don’t be bothered if you have to cut out some of the skills from your list. It is also important to include in the list your skills that the prospective employer will probably value.

Stand by what you write

You should be realistic about your skills and the level of expertise that you have with it. For example, if you indicate that you are a very organized person, then you should be able to show this to the interviewer by being able to organize your thoughts and effectively use the time that was given for your interview. It is important to know your skills every time you are job hunting. Always put your best foot forward and good luck!

There is a certain point in time when a person becomes dissatisfied with his or her life. He or she might be thinking that there is something more for him or her out there. It could be about the job, about love, about financial disposition or about life in general. If you feel this way then you may be in need of a life coach.

Life Coach and Life Coaching

A life coach is the same as a baseball coach, a basketball coach or a football coach. The coaches teach and train the players to change faulty habits, develop and improve so that they may become better players. A life coach is similar to them. He or she coaches people to change faulty habits, develop and improve the different aspects of their lives for them to determine and achieve their goals in life.Life coaching is the process of developing and improving a person’s life. It is a partnership between a client and a coach for a certain period of time. The partners will have sessions that will focus on the client’s needs and other issues.Through these sessions, the life coach will help the client develop different strategies and solutions to improve. This is an interaction between two persons and it is not only the life coach who will be making the decisions. The client will be actively involved especially in the decision making process.

Why Do You Need Life Coaching

The point in time when you want change (as have been mentioned in the beginning) can quickly come and go. But this will be recurring from time to time which can become a bother. So what are you going to do about it? Is it okay to let this happen for the rest of your life? Is it okay not to do anything about it?Is it okay to feel dissatisfied? With a life coach, you will be given a helping hand that will guide you to take that big leap and change for the better. He or she will be there to aid in determining the right path for you to take to improve and feel satisfied with your life.

Benefits of Having A Life Coach

A life coach will help you ponder on what you want, why you want it, and how you can achieve it. He or she will aid you in taking the steps from where you are now to where you want to be. A life coach will give encouragement and provides support, confidence as well as motivation for you to achieve your goals.

Will You Really Benefit From It

Anyone can benefit from life coaching. It does not matter where you are or who you are, for as long as you want changes and improvements in your life, you will benefit from having a life coach.Life coaches have been effective when it comes to the different aspects of life. This includes financial success, career, health, personal skills & confidence, happiness, satisfaction and fulfillment. It all depends on you on what aspect of your life you need help with.

Conclusion

So do you really need a life coach? The only one who can answer this now is yourself. The basics of life coaching and life coaches have laid down before you and it is up for you to decide whether you need a life coach or not.

Coin collecting is a popular hobby that is enjoyed all around the world by individuals of all ages. What many collectors, especially beginners and children, like about coin collecting, is the wide range of options. Although many coin collectors have coin themes that they choose to follow, there are no requirements to do so. Although coin collectors are able to collect any type of coin that want, many find benefits to picking a coin theme. One of those benefits is the hunt. Many coin collectors report that the most fun in coin collecting is finding coins, especially those that are rare or valuable. If you would like to theme your coin collection, you may want to checkout a few of the examples below. A number of popular coin collecting themes are highlighted below.Coin collections with a country theme are a popular theme for coin collectors. With country coin collections, there are two main options. For example, many coin collectors choose one country, such as the United States, and only collect coins from that country. On the other hand, there are coin collectors who have goals to collect coins from every country in the world!

Many coin collectors also theme their coin collections based on a coin’s mint mark. A mint mark is defined as the inscription on a coin. Although many coin mint marks have stayed the same in the United States for a few years now, there are many mint mark variations for other countries and from coins from the past. Year themes are another common coin collecting theme. Coin collectors with year themes, as well as country themes, are often beginners or children. This is because year and country themes are two of the easiest coin collecting themes to have. With that being said, it is also important to remember that coins from the early 1800s and medieval times fall into this category as well.A special interest collection often focuses on the subject of the coins, as well as the interests of the collector. This is most commonly seen with limited edition coins and other collectors edition coins. For example, if a coin collector has interests that include boating or racing, they are likely to find and collect coins that have these themes shown on them, even just through a little bit of relation. This collecting approach is nice, but it does tend to limit coin collectors.Coin collectors who choose themes that may contain valuable, rare, or limited edition coins, often turn to professional coin dealers for assistance. On the other hand, beginners and children who often choose to collect United State coins or coins by year, often get their collections started with coins from their own pockets or coins from those that they know. If you are a beginner, this is an important point that you will want to take into consideration. The above mentioned coin collecting themes are just a few of the many that coin collectors, like you, choose to use as guides. As a reminder, as a coin collector, you are able to collect any type of coin or coins that you want, but you may want to consider developing a theme for your coin collection, even just for a year or two. Having a coin collecting theme may increase your excitement levels concerning coin collecting and it gives you a goal to strive for.

Unruly children can really cause a need for problem solving, and quickly. It seems nowadays, parents are finding it more difficult to control kids, let alone raise them properly. Contrary to popular misconceptions, a child’s environment today has shaped what seems to be unruliness and defiant behavior amongst youth.

Not Much Effort

It won’t take too much effort to get your child’s behavior in order. There are many reasons to believe it’s practically hopeless to teach a child discipline during this day and age, especially after a child has reached the age of 10, but you’ll be totally surprised learn you couldn’t be further from the truth.

Communicating With Your Children

Communicating with your children is the key to beginning the initial process of disciplining your children. If you are a parent that rarely speaks to you child, unless you’re reprimanding them, that can turn into a large mistake. Loving kindness will allow a child to open up to you more, and they are more inclined to pay attention. Many parents have used the scare tactic to try and discipline their children. Fear is not the way to go. Try drawing up a mind map of daily routines, expectations etc this allows the child to participate in the boundaries and guidelines~Try drawing up a mind map of daily routines, expectations etc}

Avoid Only Planting Fear

Avoid only communicating with your child through fear. You want to make sure that your child loves you, as well as respects you. Too much fear in a child will make them feel uneasy about communicating with you. Once your child no longer wants to communicate with you, their ability to follow order and pay attention could greatly diminish.

Share a Few Secrets

A great way to get your children to trust you, and obey your word, is for them to feel as though you hold secrets with them. Lots of parents have been fearful of this approach, hoping to not bridge the gap between parent and friend, but even the closest of family members hold secrets. If your child feels like she/he can trust you, and that you believe what they have to say is important, they will obey you more, because after all, you know their secrets, and they trust you with them.

Know When You Need to Change Roles

You must know when your role needs to change. You want to find that fine line between being your child’s friend, and being the prison guard in a jail cell. Inciting too much fear in your child will only encourage them not to respond to you at all. Instead of obeying you, they will simply cower away from you, and I don’t believe any parent wants this.

Each day should be spent putting on different hats, making sure that your child not only trusts you, and believes in your word, but also that your word is consistent throughout your household.

Don’t Argue In Front of your Kids

In marriages, parents will have issues, and arguments will happen. The best thing to do is to wait until you are alone with your mate or spouse to talk about those things. Fighting in front of your child gives them a different impression of you. If they see someone else, especially their mommy or daddy, fighting, they will try and test you, by instinct. Don’t get upset with your child because of this; it’s in their nature to learn and apply those lessons in life

What is self discipline? It is the ability to control your behavior, to motivate yourself to do the things you should be doing and not do things you shouldn’t be doing. Willpower may be considered an element of it, but sometimes trying to “force” yourself to do something just makes things worse. When you learn to associate negative feelings with an activity, it can become more difficult to do, and so less likely that you will do it.

Is there an easier route to self discipline? Actually, there are many. Here are some of the most effective self discipline tricks and techniques. Why not try them today?

1. Start the process. Suppose you are procrastinating about doing your taxes. You feel stressed when you think about doing your tax return. Then don’t think about it! Once sufficient thought has been given to any project, more thought just creates more stress. The negative feelings that develop make it harder and harder to force yourself to do what needs to be done. You feel like you have no self discipline.

Action is the cure for this. In the case of the tax return, just lay out the forms where you can work on them. Later, just gather all the other necessary materials and put them with the forms. The next day, do just one form, and then another. Whatever the task is, you can find enough motivation for some small step. Training your mind to take that first step as soon as you think of it. The next steps (and so the whole project) become easier once you start.

2. Enjoy what you are doing. If you have ever stayed up all night talking about something interesting, you know what power the mind has over the body. How easily we put off sleep when we are motivated by a passionate discussion. It doesn’t take much willpower to keep doing something when you are enjoying it, and that gives us another key to self discipline.

When you enjoy what you are doing you are energized. Willpower goes up and down with energy levels, so play energetic music, move around, laugh, and look for ways to enjoy whatever project you are working on. The more you associate good feelings with a task, the easier it is to discipline yourself to do it.

3. Reward yourself. Break a task into s few steps, and give yourself a reward when you complete each step. This could be a bowl of ice cream, watching your favorite movie, or just relaxing for a few minutes. Reward yourself with a pat on the back too. When you recognize your successes, large and small, the possibilities become more real to you, and more likely to be repeated.

4. Become more aware of how you work. Suppose that piece of cake calls to you, or that television takes your attention away from your more important work. It can be hard to resist temptation, right? Stronger willpower is a nice theory, but here is a simpler solution: stop standing in front of the cake! Turn off that television!

This is an easy lesson to understand, but try to train yourself to apply it habitually. You shouldn’t keep beer in the house if you don’t want to drink it. You shouldn’t go alone to the single’s bars if you want to maintain a faithful marriage. You should just stay away from people that lead you to trouble.

Self discipline doesn’t mean being immune to temptation. Develop the willpower to say no, if you wish. While you are doing that, though, why not also have the wisdom to avoid temptation? Learn where your resistance is low, and don’t put yourself in those situations. Doesn’t this make more sense than fighting useless battles with yourself?

Fighting with yourself is no way to develop self discipline. It’s better to learn about yourself. How are you energized? What motivates you? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why not learn about yourself, and start using what you learn to make the behaviors you want easier. That’s smarter self discipline.
