For many people, they would answer you directly that yoga keeps them healthier. Performing those various yoga poses, meditation and breathing exercise improved their holistic wellbeing. All these benefits are proven facts because it’s really genuine and not sham information.
Research also shows that yoga can cure some ailments like asthma, back pains, arthritis, anxiety, depression, diabetes, headaches, heart diseases, stress, chronic fatigue and other conditions. Yoga makes our body flexible, develop stamina and strenght, improve blood circulation, decrease our stress, tone our muscles and keep our mind calmer. Yoga in the old language of Indians, who also developed yoga, means “union”. They want to develop a spiritual practice so they created yoga.
