In yoga, there are many poses that you can choose to release your stress. Find our the most frequently used yoga poses.
· Chest expansion. This can be done both in a sitting or standing position with a perfect posture. Put your hands at your back and interlock your hands. Pull your arms from the body, then also pull your shoulder down and straight back. Deeply breathe into your lungs and open your chest center. Do this for at least 5 minutes and it is important to exhale after every pose. You can repeat this pose anytime of the day. This exercise will develop a good breathing, you will age well and boost your mood.
· Knees to chest. To start with this routine, you need to lie down, put your knees to your chest, while holding back your knees, slowly swing from 1 side to the other side. This can cure your stomach ache, anxiety and relieve stress.
· Spinal Twist in a lying position. Push your knees to your chest. Left knee needs to be stretched out while right knee in a stationary position. Then do it again on the other side. · Spinal Twist in a sitting position. Same with the second pose but instead of lying down, you will do this while sitting. Correct breathing exercise for this routine is to inhale while lifting out lower back, then exhale while twisting over your shoulder. This exercise can enhance your internal organ and digestive functions.
· Inversions. This pose is an integration of shoulder stand and headstands. Commonly this routine is called the bicycle exercise. Position your knees to your chest, support your lower back by your hands and lift legs to do a circular motion. Focus on your leg muscles and concentrate on your core. Do not move your neck and avoid looking around.
