Laying in bed, you open your eyes, look at the clock and see that you’re, yet again, late for work. Lately you’re feeling like you don’t even want to get out of bed all. ‘Why bother?’. Day after day, it’s the same old thing. The neck pain, back pain, and overall hurting has you wishing you could just end it all.

Using your vibrator, you take a few minutes to massage your back and neck before getting dressed. It helps the physical pain a bit, but the pain you feel deep in your soul isn’t going anywhere. All you want is for the misery to stop.

Life is packed full of sorrows and hurtful things that can rip a person into shreds. Becoming depressed is an easy thing to do. Once you’ve slipped into this abyss, you may feel it’s impossible to have anything other than a dark and dreary attitude. The more negative your attitude becomes, the more the nothingness prevails. Conquering the obstacles and vanquishing the agony of life, may be what drives a lot of people.

Many people choose to deal with their problems by not dealing with them at all. It’s easy to become overwhelmed with the stress of just trying to make it through another day. There are bills to pay, bosses to please, children to raise and spouses to contend with. Trying to keep everybody happy can take a lot of a person.

You may be told everyday that you are loved and needed, but a part of you has grown resentful of the people who love you the most. There may seem to be no end to the torment of living, but you don’t want to die. You just want to put an end to the torture. You may feel there are no answers, but this is because you’re not asking the right questions.

That shiny crystal necklace around the neck of your neighbor may not be yours, but if you force yourself to keep a positive attitude, no matter what the situation, your personality will sparkle, and locked doors in your mind will open. Once these doors are open, you can start looking into places inside yourself that you may not have seen for a long time or have forgotten even existed.

Change is rarely easy for anyone. If you’ve been drowning for what seems like an eternity, it may be difficult to force yourself to tread water. Taking a breath of air into your lungs after choking on water for so long, can be a scary experience. As miserable as you may be, there is often comfort to be found in the misery you’ve grown so used to. If you want to be on your way to experiencing some happy moments in live, you have to be willing to let go of the thought process you’ve been holding on to up until now. It won’t be easy, and it won’t happen overnight, but change is possible for anyone.
