Massage involves manoeuvring the entier body with slight pressure. Massage definitely can also be beneficial for mental and physical stress release. Physiotherapists use this technique to help their patients maintain and restore maximum movement and function throughout life. This can be anything from aging to injuries.
There are other various techniques you can use to release stress like walking, relaxing on the beach, holidays, family fun activities together, chilling with friends and more. But the other two methods mentioned above are certainly the most used.
