1. Commit to feeling good – instead of living a life of stress, irritation, trauma and drama.Â
Â
2. Decide to tap whenever you get upset.
Â
3. Commit to tap ASAP – don’t let things build up, or they’ll go underground and become an earthquake down the road.
Â
4. Tapping is simple and quick to do – keep it that way.  What I mean by this is that you shouldn’t overcomplicate the process of tapping.  Learn it and use it.
Â
5. When you don’t get results from tapping, the likely reason is that your issue stems from a childhood event. Tap on those.  You’ll sometimes notice that your reaction to something seems way out of porportion to the stimulous.  That happens when you’re actually reacting to a trigger from your past, often your childhood.Â
Â
6. Work with a professional on your big T traumas – the ones involving terror, abuse or violence.  Terrific EFT practitioners are easy to locate online, just by using Google.
Â
7. Do EFT to resolve all your small traumas. Your joy, energy and creativity will all increase. Your relationships will get easier and you’ll be easier to be around. I was quite surprised that I even lost weight when I cleared my little t traumas.  Clearing them removed the underlying anxiety that had caused me to overeat.
Â
8. Learn how to do the tapping technique. Read about it in websites, books and articles. Watch videos. You want tapping to come to you easily and automatically. {Two easy ways to learn are by getting a free} EFT manual {or by buying and watching the wonderful} Tapping Solution DVD.Â
Â
9. Get support. Find an EFT buddy and swap sessions. You’ll find your tapping skill increasing while feeling better and helping a friend.  You’ll be more likely to do EFT when you need it.Â
Â
10. When you ever notice yourself complaining – in your mind or aloud, tap. This will keep your attitude more positive and your vibe higher – attracting a better life. Â
