This post is very interesting and it’s very helpful to know a lot about hypnosis.It’s very good that self hypnosis should be done with an aim in mind. Maybe we want to control pain, calm anxiety or eat less.

Hello!
I went through your blog, and I found it really good.Nice to that we can stay in a state of self hypnosis for as long as we want even we can stay in total control and will not do anything,our conscious mind will not allow us to do.
