5 Potent EFT Tapping Tips



Getting good at using EFT tapping can help you have more joy, enjoy life more and increase your success in business. Tapping therapy is a phenominal tool with the ability to clear even life-long triggers and restrictions.

The same way you acquire any new skill, it takes some study and some practice.

1.  Argue with Yourself

Get a kick out of tapping – argue!  Tap giving voice to the reasons for staying stuck and the reasons for changing.  Tap why you should do something and why you shouldn’t.  Your reasons for hating something and your reasons for loving it.

This tapping technique lets two voices inside you speak.  Your inner blocks often clear.  This can make the best decision obvious.  Clarity can arise where all you felt was confusion before.

2.  Just Tap

Stimulating the meridians by tapping has several benefits.  It energizes your body, balances out excess emotion and helps clarify thinking. Also, since your unconscious programs are always running, tapping without talking helps clear them too. 

Any time you think of it, tap.  You don’t need any set-up or words, simply tap.  It’s the easiest way there is to make progress on your issues.

3.  Refuse!

Inside each of us is a bratty little kid.  Let her be heard!  He wants you to listen!  Do EFT tapping and refuse to change. 

Say things like this:  You’ll never make me change.  You can’t make me.  I will not do it.  I don’t have to.  You are not my boss.  It’s not gonna happen.  Don’t try to tell me what to do.

How you feel after doing this can be a big surprise.  Try it!

4.  Tap Appreciation

Appreciation tapping can improve your vibe, help the law of attraction work more in your favor and make your life happier.  You can tap your appreciation for anything:  the world, your home, your work, your family, someone special, your car, your left foot – anything!  It’s not what you appreciate, but how it improves your vibe.

5.  Tap a Better Future

You can seed your future with positive possibilities by beginning your tapping statements with “I’m looking forward to…”  Finish the statement with things you know will happen, expect to happen and things you hope will happen. 

If you do this tapping technique regularly, you will feel happier, improve your vibe and help you attract a more abundant life.
