3 Positive Thinking Tips



Having an optimistic state of mind is a very essential component to life’s equation of happiness.  Here’s three positive thinking tricks that will help keep your chin up and your head held high.  It can be tough to have a positive outlook on life, when things don’t go the way you planned or hope for.

The first of my positive thinking tips is to get in the pattern of asking yourself the right questions.  What exactly am I talking about?  First of all, our frame of mind is mainly based on the questions we ask ourselves daily.  Not convincing enough for you? Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions for an hour or so.  A great deal of people often make the same mistake of asking themselves the wrong questions.  Questions like “Why does this always happen to me?” or “Why does my life have to be so tough?”  These kinds of questions are based on the assumption that “this” always happens to you, and that life is, in fact, hard.  This only drills these beliefs deeper into your mind and solidifies them as your experience the world.

Instead, try asking questions that would be more useful to you.  Perhaps, questions like “What is the positive outcome to this situation?” or “What am I grateful for today?”  Questions like these help strengthen positive beliefs into your head and can help you stay optimistic.  It will take some work at first to accept these beliefs (after all, you’ve thought the old beliefs for so long), but the benefits will be more than worth it..

Another one of my positive thinking tips is to start keeping a gratitude journal.  This could be as convenient as keeping a little notebook by your bed and writing down everything you are grateful for that happened to you that day.  Write down what you are thankful for in your day to day life.  What you write down can be as simple as “I’m thankful I woke up this morning” or “I’m thankful it was a sunny and beautiful day”.  I remember once I wrote down “I am grateful I caught the bus to work just in time today” and then the next day I wrote “I am grateful I missed the bus because it gave me time to read the newspaper in a cafe while I waited for the next bus.”  If you do this enough you will start to realize that there is an upside to everything in life and you can start to embrace a positive mental attitude.

The last of my positive thinking tips is to sit down and write about your preferred life, precisely the way you want it to be.  Make sure you write down every single detail.  I wrote down as much as ten pages of specifics on my desired life.  I was very descriptive of all the places I wanted to travel and live life, how much money I made, and who I wanted to spend it with.  Doing this may take some time, but it will make you feel so great and so determined to make your ambitions come true, that I strongly suggest you find the time to give it a shot.

Stick to these simple tips and soon you see that your disposition about life will transform for the better.  Remember, you control your thoughts, your thoughts controls your emotions which will help control your desired outcomes all with positive thinking.

Even though we see actual consistencies between objects and people, we’re all connected in the realm of energy – at the level of mind.

Your ideas influence, and are creative. They are creating all the time. The question is: what do you create? I am using the word CREATE with the meaning that any thought you have is creative “this creative thought is somewhere on the stream of future manifestation. Based on the focus of your thought. So we know from discoveries in new physics that everything is energy and your thoughts create.

The Law of Attraction states that things that are alike attract each other. Whatever you place your attention on will manifest more in your experience. The Universe, Universal Intelligence, Divine Mind, God, Source, whatever your label for the balance that retains the planets’ perfect synchronization, that creates a huge tree from a seed and a functioning human from 2 little cells, That Power utterly loves YOU. That power sees you. You are fundamentally connected with your Source. And everyone was born into this physical Universe with Free Will. Because your Source/God/the Universe knows you and loves you, and because you have the will to make choices, it would never not adhere to what you choose to with your life or how to live. Further, it has no judgments whatsoever about what you’re placing your attention on or what your desires are. Instead, it faithfully aligns with what you are vibrationally projecting.
